Melina Diaz, RN
Melina Diaz is a California licensed Registered Nurse with experience in cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, and medical weight management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University and has completed specialized training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and advanced lip filler techniques. Her areas of expertise include facial balancing, micro needling, chemical peels, PRX treatments, laser services, and GLP-1 weight-management consultations.
Melina takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to aesthetic care. She begins by listening carefully to each client’s concerns, evaluating their features and skin, and developing a personalized treatment roadmap aligned with their goals. Her priority is to provide safe, refined, and natural-looking results while ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience. Melina also brings six years of service in the U.S. Army, which strengthened the leadership, discipline, adaptability, and calm professionalism she brings to every client interaction.

Dr. Justin E. Rome
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. Completing his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the renowned Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, Dr. Rome swiftly established a private practice in Beverly Hills. Here, he showcased his surgical prowess in traditional facial plastic surgeries, including blepharoplasties and facelifts, along with advanced liposuction techniques like BodyJet and MicroAire.
Notably, Dr. Rome's skill set extends to injectables such as toxins and fillers, and he was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration, gaining recognition in the competitive Los Angeles market. His success led him to found the innovative concept Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), which seamlessly blends traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics. Dr. Rome's venture expanded to New York City in 2019, showcasing his prominence in the industry.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome demonstrated resilience by pivoting to the development of a cutting-edge telehealth platform. This platform, set to launch in 37 states, is a direct-to-consumer subscription web app enabling patients to purchase compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval in the backend. BSG, under Dr. Rome's leadership, has grown to accommodate 20,000 patients and 800 subscribers for their compounds.
